I know that it is really hard...especially with a multitude. I am a yeller too sometimes, and it drives me crazy because I know I shouldn't.
I do remember my public school teaching days- they always said- closer & quieter. The less attention they get for doing something they shouldn't the less it is appealing. It does work (when I can stick to it).
